The Health Education Division includes the following
programs:
Help Me Grow: Working closely with the Newborn Home
Visit Program, health educators assist families with developmental
screenings for at-risk children who qualify (typically those at 300
percent of the poverty level). Health educators help families identify

Parents as Teachers: Parents are a child's first,
best teacher and this program helps them develop their skills, identify
resources, and find other information. For more information contact Connie

Father 2 Father: This is a networking program that
brings fathers together for activities, resources and other types of
information. For more information contact Dennis Smith at 775-3598, ext.
287.
Heart Health: Heart
Health of Ross County is a task force of area agencies concerned about a
wide variety of health issues in our community, including cardiovascular
health, child obesity, tobacco use, school health, physical activity and
